Bella camera, letto comodo, bagno spettacolare con due docce il bar adiacente dove abbiamo fatto colazione ben fornito, utile anche per mangiare a pranzo e a cena. Unico inconveniente la camera era adiacente un condominio esterno dove la notte non era proprio silenzioso.

Tre aspetti negativi: la mancanza di aria condizionata,in camera c’era una temperatura media di 26 gradi! Insopportabile. Un bijou
Hotel di piccole dimensioni ma molto molto carino. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera un pochino piccola ma estremamente pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Punto di forza la colazione: salumi e torte di livelli elevati...una delle migliori colazioni mai fatte.

Nice hotel good location
In the centre of town but still a little away from the main attractions. They’ll give you a lift to the sportina chair which is great, but you need to ski back to Clotes at the end of the day and walk down. Thankfully it’s all downhill but still a trek in ski boots and tired legs. The rooms are lovely, clearly upgraded in recent years. Beds are comfortable and the shower is good. The bar is nice too and attracts locals for a coffee in the morning. The breakfast could do with more choices though. No hot food, only pre boiled eggs and a toaster. And plenty of pastries/cakes. They do offer some options made to order though, but at an additional cost. The hot tub is a nice addition too. All the staff are great. The best hotel

Review of Serendipity Hotel, Sauze d'Oulx ​If you’re looking for the perfect base for a lads' ski trip, look no further than the Serendipity Hotel. We recently stayed here as a group of six (ranging in age from 38 to 66) split across two rooms, ​Here is why it’s a winner: ​🏨 The Vibe & Location ​The hotel is exceptionally well-located right in the heart of town. It’s very modern with a sleek, contemporary feel, yet it manages to stay incredibly warm and cozy—a must when you're coming off the mountain. ​One of the coolest features is that the hotel doubles as a local tabacchi and cafeteria. This means there is a constant buzz of local life and authentic food passing through, which gives it a much more genuine Italian feel than your standard tourist hotel. Exceptional Service & Food ​What truly sets this place apart is the staff and ownership. ​Personal Touch: The owners and team are incredibly friendly; they actually take the time to recognize you and remember who you are. ​Attentive: Any request we had was met quickly and with total efficiency. ​The Breakfast: The food was excellent. There was plenty of it if you wanted to fuel up for a big day, but more importantly, the quality was top-tier. It wasn’t just "hotel food"—it was high-quality local fare. ​❄️ Skier-Friendly Features ​They have clearly thought about what skiers actually need: ​Heated Boot Room: No stepping into cold, damp boots in the morning. ​Free Shuttle: They provide a free bus transfer to the slopes, taking all the hassle out of the morning trek. ​Wellness: After a long day on the runs, the Jacuzzi pool was a total lifesaver for the older (and younger!) knees in our group. ​🛌 The Rooms ​Everything in the rooms felt brand new and "just worked." ​Spotlessly Clean: Housekeeping is top-tier; fresh towels and a deep clean every single day. ​Well-Appointed: Plenty of plug points (a rarity in Europe!) for charging phones, watches, and GoPros. ​Comfort: The rooms were consistently warm and well-designed. ​The Verdict: Whether you’re 38 or 66, this place has everything you could wish for. Great chalet feel hotel
Great hotel. Located close to main town- about 2-3min walk. Spacious rooms and en-suites. Clean and modern, with ski chalet wooden feel. Staff are very attentive and go out of their way to help. Every morning Rocco gave us a lift to the ski lifts. Return- you just walk down to apres ski bars. Breakfast - continental with few off-menu items- scrambled egg, crepe, pancakes. Chambres nettoyer tous les jours et chaque jour en parfait état. Service au top! Sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. Service shuttle gratuit, privé et à l’heure que vous souhaitez (jusque 11h) pour aller vers les stations ski. Emplacement parfait. On sait même aller en 5minutes à pied à la station Clotes! Spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel on a family ski trip. Had a quadruple room for our family of 4. Really nice family run hotel. Super friendly staff. Exceptional buffet breakfast.
